Front desk overnight associate was more than friendly. I know as a guest I asked for way too many Replace my keys and some of the most inconvenient times i was more then satisfied with my stay. I want to give praise to the staff for their excellent customer service and friendly experience. Han and Lucky

This hotel is absolutely fabulous to stay at. Lucky at the front desk is so good about making sure everything is OK with guests and if she can do anything for them. The staff go above and beyond to give a helpful and pleasurable stay
I have stayed here a few times for work travel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only issue I’ve had was a toilet that wouldn’t flush well, but due to having 2 bathrooms in my room, it wasn’t a problem. The only warning I’d offer is to be careful outside, there are constantly questionable individuals walking through the lot coming from the gas station. Otherwise the place is a good value and the beds are clean and comfortable enough.
My stay was amazing from the moment I walked in. The lady at the front desk was truly the highlight of my experience. She greeted me with the warmest smile, made check-in effortless, and treated me with genuine kindness the entire time. You can tell she really cares about people. Her energy set the tone for my whole trip. I appreciated her patience, her professionalism, and just how lovely she was. Five stars isn’t even enough.”

Lucky went out of her way to assist me, answered all my questions patiently, and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free.
